The Classic Package:

Our Classic package includes a four hour booking in a limousine of your choice.

We include a bottle of sparkling apple juice and soft drinks chilled on ice in the limousine and as always provide red carpet service from our professionally trained and uniformed chauffeurs.

Additional hours can be arranged, as well as additional vehicle(s) for larger groups of friends.

This is our most popular graduation & prom package.

It includes a six hour booking in a limousine of your choice. We include 2 complimentary bottles of sparkling apple juice chilled on ice in the limousine and as always provide Red Carpet Service from our professionally trained and uniformed chauffeurs.

Additional hours can be arranged.

The Luxury Graduation Package:

This is our most comprehensive and complete service available.

The limousine of your choice will arrive at the graduations house in the morning to take the party to hair appointments and also to do any errands the party may need to accomplish before the ceremony. We are then at the disposal of the entire party to transport the ladies and gentlemen to throughout the day taking the party to pictures at each parents house, etc.

Then arrives the Grand Entrance to the Ceremonies: We roll up in Full Celebrity Style, roll out the Red Carpet and keep the paparazzi at bay!

We then dismiss the limousine for a few hours to freshen it up, and then return at a predetermined time to provide elegant transportation to their destinations of choice. For many graduation kids this will be the last event that they will all be together as a group before going off on their own adventures in life. Celebrate their friendships, live, dream of the future and where they will be in the years to come and enjoy in a safe environment!

This package includes approximately a total time of up to 14 hours of limousine booking for your use on the big day.

Graduation Liability Contract

1.    Customer hereby verifies that the rental date, anticipated times, number of people and billing information is correctly stated.
2.    Customer shall be liable for all damages to the limousine sustained during Customer's ‘Graduation’, including all spills, burns, rips, tears, or damage to the television, stereo or other electrical or power equipment. Customer shall pay a service charge of $200.00 to clean any vomit in the limousine. Primary Customer will be held ultimately liable for any of these conditions caused by guests of the primary customer during the course of the reservation.
3.    If you or any of your guests are under 18, we can rent to you as long as no alcohol is brought on board the limousine. In all cases you need an adult to co-sign for the limousine.
4.    Customer shall not open any emergency exits, including the sunroof/emergency escape hatch. Penalty is $850.00.
5.    The 'Limousine Company' reserves the right, without any liability or set-off to the amounts due the 'Limousine Company', to discharge any passenger (s) who interferes with the safe operation of the vehicle, vomits, or engages in any illegal conduct or activity.
6.    The 'Limousine Company' shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the 'Limousine Company' inability to perform due to inclement weather, mechanical difficulties, delays due to traffic conditions, or any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of The 'Limousine Company'.
7.    The 'Limousine Company' shall not be the bailee of any items left in the Limousine, and shall not be responsible for the safe-keeping of any such item.
8.    Within 7 days of the Date of Service, Customer must pay the balance in full.
9.    Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The 'Limousine Company' will not guarantee its performance if payments are not received by the 'Limousine Company' or if the payment does not clear the bank before the date of service.
10.    Customer hereby authorizes the 'Limousine Company' to charge any unpaid charges or damages to the above credit card account.
11.    Provide a list of the contact names, phone numbers, addresses and ages of the passengers riding in the limousine. If there are minors in the limousine please also add the guardians name & contact number.
12.    SMOKING is not permitted inside limousines. Thank You.

Top 10 tips for getting a Limo for Graduation:

10.   Find the best limousines for your budget! You want to look good at your graduation, and have a great time. It’s a once in a lifetime kind of experience.

9.   Make sure your group of friends in the limo is responsible. You may be a good person. But, if there are 20 people in your limo and one person breaks an expensive TV, smokes, or throws up in your limo. The person who rented the limo is going to be charged to their credit card! The people who are associated with the rental need to be in charge and prevent extra charges for damages.

8.    Don't even think about bringing alcohol, drugs, or smoking in your limo or bringing them to your prom. Many students have tried this in the past and it has never worked. All it is going to do is get your night canceled early and possibly a visit with the police!

7.   Get a contract. If you don't have a contract for your limousine on your special day. Then your chances of that limo not showing up are considerably greater!

6.   Safe Transportation! It may not seem like a big issue now, but if you knew how many people die in car accidents each year due to alcohol related accidents during prom season, then you'll be glad you have a safe professional driver!

5.   A lot of kids will be able to get their parents to help pay for part or all of their cost of the limousine because they are going to have safe transportation for the night, not to mention there is 1 more chaperone. Parents want you to have a great time, and be safe.

4.   Make sure you get to view the inside and outside of the actual limousine you are renting. It can either be from your limo company's website with detailed pictures of the inside and outside or you go personally up to the limo company and see the limos for yourself!

3.   Don't put more people in the limo than it can hold. If a limo is a 10 passenger, that normally means 10 people MAXIMUM! Also remember you are going to have tuxedos and dresses on, on a hot day. The more people in the limo the hotter it will be, even with air conditioning.

2.   Reserve your limousine early! Successful limousine companies will often turn down hundreds or even thousands of prom customers because there is simply more demand than there is limousines. If you want to get a good condition limo and not "whatever is left", then book early. Prom season is the busiest time of year for a limousine service.

The Number 1 tip for prom season:
1.   Splitting up the limo price can get you a bigger and better limo for the same price per person or less! If an Expedition Limo costs $1170 but can seat up to 14 people, split up the cost and each person pays about $85 a person! This is less than what you will spend on a prom dress, tuxedo, or your in some cases a prom ticket!

Bring a camera to take pictures of your unforgettable night.

BEWARE OF THE CHEAP LIMO!

A saying in the limousine industry goes: "Would you hire the cheapest Surgeon?"

Beware of some of the following things that come associated with cheap limousines:

* The limo never shows up. It happens that you went with a brand new limo company that went out of business, or they just happen to be taking people's money!

* The limo breaks down! You went with an older limousine, but you saved $50 or $100! Now the limo shows up and nothing in it is working, no air conditioning, no TV’s, no music, or even worse: the limo isn't coming at all...

* Your limo driver shows up in jeans, a t-shirt, and tennis shoes, when your party is dressed in suits, tuxedos, and formal dresses! Your whole party is embarrassed the whole night, but you saved a few bucks!

* You were told you were getting a 10 passenger limo, and it was $100 cheaper. You paid for it, and a rusty 10 year old limo shows up right in front of everyone. You’re embarrassed once again, and people are laughing about it the whole night!
